Massage in Fort Lauderdale
Swedish, deep tissue, sports and prenatal massage, tailored to you after a short consultation. Book side by side for a couples massage, choose 80 minutes for longer work, and add hot stones, cupping or aromatherapy when you book.
Float therapy
Lie back in an open pool of water heated to skin temperature, with 1,000 lbs of Epsom salt holding you on the surface. You float without effort, the body stops bracing and the mind goes quiet. Never an enclosed pod.
Infrared sauna & red light
Infrared heat warms the body directly, so you get a deep sweat at a gentler temperature you can relax in. Add red light therapy to the same session in one of our red light suites, for $20 more.

Do you have first-time offers?
Yes. If it's your first time trying a service, your first float is $69, your first infrared sauna is $35 and your first 50-minute massage is $99. One intro offer per visit.
How do I book online?
For a first-time offer, open the offer, buy your intro session and the credit is added to your account. Then choose any time that suits you. For an experience, tap Book for one or Book for two, choose your experience and book an available time in MyTime.
What's the difference between an intro offer and an experience?
An intro offer is one service at a first-time price. An experience is two or three services back to back in one visit, like a sauna then a float, with a robe, slippers and our lounge between sessions.
Can we come in together?
Yes. Float pools and saunas fit two, we offer couples massage, and every experience has a couples price. Each service is in your own private room.
What is float therapy?
You lie back in an open pool of water heated to skin temperature, with 1,000 lbs of Epsom salt keeping you on the surface. With nothing to hold you up, your muscles let go and your mind slows down. Each 60-minute float is in a private room with its own shower.
What types of massage do you offer?
Swedish massage from $149 for 50 minutes or $199 for 80 minutes, deep tissue from $169, plus sports and prenatal massage, all with licensed massage therapists. Enhancements include hot stones, Himalayan salt stones, cupping, gua sha and aromatherapy.
Do you offer couples massage in Fort Lauderdale?
Yes. Couples Swedish massage is $298 for 50 minutes or $398 for 80 minutes, side by side in a private room. You can also pair it with a float or sauna in a couples experience.
What is red light therapy?
Red light therapy uses red and near-infrared light. At City Cave Flagler Village it is built into our red light sauna suites, so you get infrared heat and red light in the same 45-minute session. Add it when you book for $20 more, whether you come on your own or as a couple.
How long should I allow?
Floats are 60 minutes, saunas 45 minutes and massages 50 or 80 minutes, plus time to change, and to shower after a float or sauna.
Is there an age limit?
Massage is for guests 18 and over. Float therapy and infrared sauna are for guests 18 and over, or 16 and 17 with a parent or guardian who signs the waiver and stays on site for the whole session. We can't book guests under 16.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Please give us at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations are charged 50% of the full service price, and no-shows 100%. You'll see these terms in MyTime before you confirm your booking. Call us on (754) 663-2283 and we'll help.
